$17,036 collected from six clients in one week. Blanco Event Center is using faster replies, persistent follow-up, and more tours to grow its business with Breezit AI.
In the latest full week reported, the Columbus venue held 12 tours and collected $17,036 from six clients, with $1,196 in ad spend. The owner points to three ways Breezit AI is helping drive revenue: responding faster, following up consistently, and booking more tours.
About Blanco Event Center
Blanco Event Center is an intimate venue in Columbus’s Northland neighborhood. Its 1,600-square-foot, all-white space features crystal chandeliers and seats up to 60 guests. Clients bring their own vendors and make the space their own for weddings, showers, birthdays, and corporate events.
For the owner, growing the business means bringing more interested clients through the door and making it easier for them to book. Increasing advertising was one part of that strategy. Keeping those new leads engaged was the next.
The Challenge: A Paid Lead Can Still Become a Lost Sale
Blanco recorded 125 leads from January through August 2025 and 396 in the same period in 2026. The owner was running more ads, and some weeks now bring 60–70 leads.
That growing interest created more opportunities to sell. But each inquiry still needed a quick response, answers, and follow-up before it could become a tour or a booking.
Before Breezit AI, first replies could take hours. Overnight inquiries might wait until the next morning. For the owner, those delays put potential sales at risk.
In this business if you’re not quick to jump on a lead you lose them, you’ve really only got about a 72-hour window before a lead is gone.
The risk continued after the first response. A prospect might need several calls, texts, or emails before booking a tour. With many conversations happening at once, keeping track of every next step became difficult.
More ad spend could bring in more inquiries. Blanco needed the sales follow-through to give those inquiries a chance to become revenue.
The Solution: Keep Every Lead Moving Toward a Tour
Breezit AI now handles Blanco’s lead communication across calls, emails, and texts. It responds to inquiries, answers questions, follows up, and books tours.
First responses now go out in 2–4 minutes, 24/7, while the venue is still fresh in the prospect’s mind.
The ability to call every lead is especially valuable as the owner increases advertising. Each new inquiry can receive attention without waiting for the owner to finish another task or find time to make a call.
Then, Breezit AI keeps the conversation moving. Prospects who need more information or another follow-up can continue toward a tour without the owner managing each exchange.
I don’t think about a lead until they show up for a tour.
For Blanco, the value is in getting more interested people to the next stage of the sale. The owner steps in at the tour or contract, after Breezit AI has handled the conversation leading up to it.
The owner can wake up to tours already booked.
The difference is visible on the calendar. Breezit AI can take a conversation through to a tour booking without the owner coordinating every exchange. He describes the surprise of waking up to appointments that have already been arranged:
A lot of the time Breeze just books it and I wake up to “you have 12 tours today” and I’m like, oh wow, damn.
For the owner, these appointments are opportunities to show the venue and move a prospect toward a booking. The sales conversation can progress while he is focused elsewhere.
Recovered Opportunities: Revenue Doesn’t Follow Office Hours
The owner identifies after-hours inquiries and prospects needing multiple follow-ups as opportunities Breezit AI has helped recover.
Yes, yes, yes. After hours for sure. It doesn’t matter what time a lead comes in, Breezit responds every single time.
An evening inquiry no longer has to sit until morning. And a prospect who does not book after the first exchange can keep receiving follow-up.
Consistent follow-up gives more prospects a chance to book.
The owner also sees value in recovering conversations that need several exchanges. A lead may still be interested even when the next step takes another text, email, or call. With many clients in play, remembering every follow-up becomes difficult.
There’s a whole communication trail back and forth, and when you have a lot of clients going at once you are not going to remember to send that text or email or make that call. It becomes a real hassle.
As advertising increases, that challenge grows with it:
Some weeks we take in 60-70 leads, and doing that by hand is near impossible without a team.
Breezit AI provides the follow-through the owner needs to support that volume. It keeps conversations active without requiring him to personally remember and send every message. That helps Blanco pursue more of the sales opportunities its advertising brings in.
That matters when advertising is generating more demand. Blanco can stay in contact with interested clients even when the owner is unavailable, giving more conversations a chance to progress toward a sale.
In its first eight weeks, Breezit AI handled 87 leads, including 18 inbound phone calls it answered itself. Each was an opportunity for Blanco to engage a prospective client without depending on the owner to pick up the conversation personally.
The Results: $17,036 Collected in One Week
In the latest full week reported, Blanco recorded:
- $17,036 collected from six clients
- 12 tours held
- $1,196 in ad spend
These results put the owner’s priorities into concrete terms: bring in inquiries, respond while interest is high, follow up, and create more opportunities to book the venue.
The owner credits faster responses, consistent follow-up, and more tours as Breezit AI’s biggest contributions to revenue.
More Capacity to Grow Sales
Supporting growth means having enough capacity to handle the inquiries advertising brings in. At Blanco, Breezit AI now carries much of that work:
Breezit now handles my phone calls, emails, and texts. I don’t deal with any of it, bookings, inquiries, questions.
The handoff happens when the prospect reaches a tour or contract:
I don’t touch a lead until it’s time for a tour or to sign a contract. Beyond that Breezit handles it, it’s just easier.
The owner estimates 8–12 hours saved each week. Those hours support the growth story: he can focus on the venue and the later stages of a sale while Breezit AI handles the communication that brings prospects to that point.
Call it 8-12 hours a week back.
No back and forth eating my day, so I can focus on the rest of the business.
What’s Next: Make It Easier to Buy, Then Scale Further
The owner wants to take sales automation further, making it easier for clients to choose Blanco and complete a booking independently.
I’m almost at the point where the whole booking system is human free.
His goal is a direct path from interest to payment: a client visits Blanco’s website, sees an open date, selects it, and pays a deposit or pays in full. The intended experience removes the need to coordinate each purchase through a series of messages.
Same as checking out on Amazon or buying a computer online, that’s the experience I want here.
Tours would remain available for clients who want to see the space. Someone ready to reserve without a visit could move straight to booking.
Want a tour? Book one. Don’t want one? You don’t need one. Breezit does the same thing on the conversation side, so between the two there’s no back and forth required.
Breezit AI already handles the conversation side of this vision. For the owner, the next opportunity is to delegate more tasks as the product develops, so the business can support more sales activity without every step needing his attention.
I’m really looking forward to the next Breezit update where I can hand it tasks to run on its own, because once I can do that I can scale this a lot higher than it is now.
That is his ambition for Blanco’s next stage of growth: make it easier to book, keep lead communication moving, and build the capacity to sell more as demand increases.
For Blanco, the direction is clear: respond while a lead is interested, keep following up, and make the path to a paid booking easier. Breezit AI helps the venue pursue that growth without requiring the owner to personally carry every sales conversation.
